Without attunement (to yourself, and others) things get pretty distorted, and it can feel hard to make sense of a lot of things. Your motivations, your behaviors, your feelings, your needs... and the people you love (let alone look at with eyes of bewilderment, even horror).
In intimacy, there's more at stake than ever, and our attachment systems are understandable quite impacted. Without excellent attunement (note, not adequate, excellent) the kind of relationships, and relating, that you talk about wanting are out of reach. In the next few years everyone will be talking about this, and thank goodness... we need to move about Attachment Styles and into the world where people quickly move from identifying "their style" to developing attunement and becoming secure. Every insecure attachment style has one thing in common = misattunement.
You can be attuned to someone else, and not yourself (that's it's own flavor of interesting and painful). You can be misattuned to everyone, including yourself. Maybe you've known someone like that. Few are highly attuned to themselves, and to others. This is what we're seeking though, and these are the leaders we need to follow.

I've grown private practices, partnered with lawyers, professors, music engineers, authors, therapists and other experts, to connect them with people who needed their help and I coached them personally to help perform at a remarkably high-level while embodying and experiencing themselves & life outside of performance, results, analysis, strategy & measurement (often when there was trauma or developmental wounds).
My playful approach, unique mind, perspective, creative vision & communication skills have proven particularly effective in working with entrepreneurs & service providers, and effecting large scale growth and impact.
My own passion for attunement and meeting others needs has made for some awesome co-creation with others of like-heart and mind. Multiple businesses later, there have been such cool experiences & transformations created for so many people.
